When it comes to well being, consider a three-legged approach. Think about your fitness, nutrition, and emotional welfare. How are you managing these vital areas of your life?

You already know how exercising will help you feel better, have more energy, and even help you live longer. But keeping fit can also ward off chronic diseases, improve self-confidence (lifting weights is phenomenal for that), and improve your mood by increasing endorphins — the feelgood hormones. If you are not moving routinely, what’s holding you back? Is it possible for you to take about 1/48 of your day to work out? That’s really all it takes!
