The secret is: KEEP MOVING! Between appointments, during appointments, when you switch from one task to another, in your car, in the operatory…you get it… KEEP ROLLING your shoulders, both forward and backward; KEEP doing SHOULDER SHRUGS to contract and release the neck muscles; KEEP doing HEAD CIRCLES to stretch your neck; KEEP STRETCHING your neck to one side and hold it for a count of 5-10 seconds; KEEP PULLING INDIVIDUAL FINGERS back to open the joint; KEEP OPENING AND CLOSING your hands quickly to get blood and improve circulation;
you get it…… now…JUST DO IT!
