Keep up! I KNOW how hard it is to manage family, your life and then HAVE to exercise.
Whenever you get a chance or are given a 5-10 minute break—go into the stairwell and climb stairs. Research has shown that it doesn’t matter if you do 30 minutes of focused exercise per day or break up exercise periods into three 10 minute increments. Just do about 30 total minutes. Actually, the research shows that these smaller increments of exercising are even MORE beneficial than when done all at once. How’s that!?
